Muscle Fatigue & Pain Relief

lay on this for 10-20 mins to alleviate muscle tension, nerve pain, headaches, and relax the nervous system.

THE ONLY ONE I WOULD EVER RECOMMEND! unlike most, this is soft on the outside, so it doesn't tear into the muscle (which creates more pain).

use against the wall pain spot treatment on the arms/back, on the floor to hold tense spots of the legs or roll out the feet.

warm oil and apply on areas of muscle or joint pain. apply warm water compress for 15-20 mins. follow with a hot shower.

roll on temples for headaches or spot treatment on joints or muscle tension. for headaches, also use the CranioCradle.

a more natural 'Biofreeze' gel made with essential oils instead of chemicals. rub on sore or painful muscles 2-3x daily.

great for larger muscle areas to alleviate pain or soreness throughout the day.

feels *almost* like doing CST on yourself! use for 10-15 mins to increase neck support, reduce head tension reduction & headaches, or for total zen out.
